4 Exercises For A Dangerously Good Butt

Do you dream of having an ideal butt? In this article, we bring you 4 exercises with which you will achieve a dangerously good butt that everyone will envy you.

A beautiful, shaped and firm butt is the dream of every woman and man. And while some have been rewarded by Mother Nature with beautiful and prominent attributes, others will still have to work a little harder to be the main magnet on the beach this summer. But with a few quality exercises and a little willpower, almost every woman can be a proud owner of a perfectly shaped and sexy buttocks.

All you need is to exercise properly and regularly and the result will certainly not be missed. In addition to the buttocks, you will notice the results of the exercise on the surrounding parts of the body such as the thighs, waist and abdomen. This leads to an overall better body shape, which makes the buttocks even more prominent and beautiful.

When we talk about the buttocks we are actually talking about 3 different muscles: gluteus medius, gluteus maximus and gluteus minimus. These muscles occupy the largest share of the muscle mass of our body.

Provide a great butt with four dynamic exercises that burn calories and slash the body.

Although squats are a royal exercise with the help of which you can achieve a great butt, sometimes it is good to attack "on several fronts", ie. act on the muscles from several angles. The more varied these angles are, the smoother, lifted and firmer your butt will look. And we all want a good ass, right?

According to research tips published in the journal ACE FitnessMatters, we bring you four exercises for a killer ass.

1. Climbing with dumbbells
Take the dumbbells in your hands, stand in front of the bench (or stairs) and step up with your left foot. If you are climbing stairs, let them be two at a time ... Reflect your left heel firmly until you climb to an upright position and your legs are outstretched. Keep the right leg slightly elevated.

Get down to the starting position. This is one repetition, followed by the same move with the right foot. Do 15 reps with each leg in one set, rest for 10-15 seconds and start a new series- Do three sets in total.

2. Donkey kick
One of the classic exercises for a good butt and legs is a donkey kick. Because of the position of the leg with which you hit the air behind you, the exercisers resemble a donkey. When you kneel on all fours, lift one leg bent at the knee at a right angle and raise and lower it by tightening the buttocks muscles. You have to keep your leg at a right angle all the time, and keep your muscles tight at all times - don’t cheat!

Make 30 kicks with each foot - which is one series. The rest you know ...

3. One-legged squat
Stand upright on a bench and maintain balance on your left foot. On the right, let it be slightly elevated and in the air. Extend your arms in front of you for easier balance and lower yourself into a squat on your left leg, until your right heel touches the ground. Hold this position for a second or two and return to the starting position, pushing off with your left heel.

Do ten squats with each leg, which is one series. Rest for 10-15 seconds and repeat the series two more times.

4. Squat against the wall with the ball
Push the Pilates ball between the wall and your back, stand up straight, and keep your feet about one small step in front of you.

Keeping your back on the ball at all times, lower yourself into a squat, while your thighs form a right angle to your lower leg.

Return to starting position. Do 10-15 squats in one set, and a total of three sets.
